What is Manor constructions?

No, Manor Constructions offers packages at par with market rates and ensures 100 % quality and 0% cost overruns during the construction.
How can we know the progress of Construction?

Progress of construction will be updated to the clients daily by · DPR – Daily progress Report (with photos and details) · MSR – Monthly progress Report (details of progress in the month and wat will happen for next month)
Will my home be ready in time?

MC shall share a Macro schedule with the clients before starting the construction considering all procedures and process. If the project is not completed in time MC will be liable for the penalty.
How much time will be taken to construct a house?

For G+2 floors it will take approximately 10 – 12 months based on design and requirements.
What is WQAR and MQAR?

WQAR – Work Quality Analysis Report WQAR is designed to assess the quality of work during the ongoing process, enabling immediate rectification of any defects. This approach not only saves time but also ensures a superior final output. With over 400 quality checks at each stage, WQAR maintains high standards throughout the workflow. MQAR – Material Quality Analysis Report MQAR focuses on evaluating the quality of materials, including checks on mixing ratios and other critical factors. All materials undergo client approval and thorough inspections, with detailed reports provided to ensure transparency and compliance.
What is One Team – One project ?

For each project, we assign one architect, one site engineer, and a client coordinator. They are responsible for overseeing the daily progress, managing processes, and handling planning tasks.
